Panelists will unpack international legal frameworks meant to prevent these transfers—including the Arms Trade Treaty and humanitarian law—while assessing enforcement failures. Focusing on the arms pipeline to Israel, the discussion explores existing accountability mechanisms and how advocates can strengthen them.
